In May 2025, youth members of EcoAlpha proudly presented at the Nature Everywhere Conference, the world’s largest gathering of advocates for connecting children with nature. This high-profile international event brought together educators, researchers, policymakers, nonprofit leaders, and youth from across the globe to share innovative strategies for creating equitable access to nature for all children, everywhere.
They presented their original research on public attitudes toward pollinators, engaging with attendees to gain valuable feedback on how to strengthen and expand their work. The research was conducted and analyzed by youth members. The study explored community awareness, perceptions, and support for pollinator conservation efforts, offering insights to guide future outreach and programming. This work drew strong interest and praise from conference attendees, including educators, researchers, nonprofit leaders, and environmental advocates from across the country. The experience not only elevated EcoAlpha’s visibility on a national platform but also strengthened their connections with like-minded organizations committed to building a more sustainable, inclusive, and nature-connected future.
