EcoAlpha youth participated in a park cleanup at Vadnais Heights Community Park, collecting litter and removing waste from public areas. Their efforts helped create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for families, visitors, and wildlife while demonstrating how simple community actions can protect local green spaces.
Through teamwork and hands-on service, the youth strengthened their environmental awareness, responsibility, and leadership skills. The activity encouraged participants to recognize that caring for parks is a shared responsibility and showed how youth-led action can inspire others to reduce litter, respect nature, and contribute to a healthier community.
